Many of us may love spending time at home or work remotely, but what do we do when work-life-family-exercise-nutrition-mental health, and diabetes suddenly collide like they never have before?

Join Nate and Lauren to discuss strategies for living our best mentally and physically, while the world around us adjusts to a life of prevention.  Bring your questions!
